The English Harbour Madeira Cask Finish Batch 3 is a premium small-batch rum distilled in a 100 per cent copper continuous column still. It is based on English Harbour Rum, aged for five years, which undergoes an additional finish of 3 to 6 months in fine Malmsey and Bual Madeira casks. To enhance its complexity, older distillates are occasionally added. The rum is bottled without chill filtration, allowing it to retain its pure character.

The rum is produced by the historic Antigua Distillery, a fourth-generation family-run business that reflects Antigua’s history and craftsmanship. Bottled directly at the Antigua Single Estate, the rum benefits from a longer maturation period than usual. The Antigua Distillery has received numerous international awards for its premium rums, including a Double Gold at the 2005 International Spirits Competition in San Francisco.

Nose: Marzipan, white chocolate, flowers.

Palate: Flowers, marzipan, white chocolate, citrus fruits, pumpkin spices.
