The Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages AOC 2024 is a fresh, fruit-driven red wine that reflects the pure expressiveness of the Gamay grape in its most elegant form. Produced by the renowned Burgundy wine house Louis Jadot, which has stood for precision craftsmanship and high-quality wines from the heart of France since 1859, this Beaujolais-Villages comes from selected vineyards north of Lyon. These higher-lying villages - labelled Villages - produce particularly structured and aromatic wines compared to classic Beaujolais.

The Gamay grape variety thrives particularly well on the granite soils of the region and produces wines that are characterised by lively fruit, soft tannins and an animating freshness. The 2024 vintage impresses with its particular clarity, youthful fruit and supple structure. Vinification is carried out traditionally with semi-carbonic maceration to emphasise the varietal aromas of red berries and floral nuances. Maturation in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and purity of the wine - a classic Beaujolais style with a modern drinking flow.

In the glass, the Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages shines in a clear ruby red colour with a violet hue. The nose reveals intense aromas of raspberries, redcurrants, violets and a hint of white pepper. Soft, juicy and elegant on the palate with a light structure, lively acidity and a charming, fruit-orientated style. The finish is clear, fresh and accompanied by a fine minerality.
