Tasting Note

In the glass, the Sisi Kirsch Frizzante glows with a radiant garnet red colour and a delicate core. The nose is dominated by sour cherry compote, fresh heart cherries and juicy cherry juice – intense, yet not overpowering. On the palate, stewed sour cherries unfold, along with subtle hints of cinnamon, cloves and a touch of white pepper. The delicate sweetness is perfectly balanced with the lively acidity, making this Frizzante an exceptionally well-rounded, fruit-forward delight.
