For Don Julio Rosado, the premium tequila is slowly distilled using traditional methods and then aged in carefully selected port wine casks from the Douro region in Portugal. This special ageing process not only gives it its characteristic, delicate rosé hue, but also an incomparably smooth, fruit-forward flavour profile characterised by subtle aromas of red berries, sweet agave and light vanilla notes.
