The Clément Rhum Blanc Agricole Canne Bleue is a high-quality white rhum agricole from Martinique, which is made from 100% fresh sugar cane juice from the rare sugar cane variety Canne Bleue (blue sugar cane). This single-variety rhum is produced by the long-established Habitation Clément, which has been one of the leading producers of rhum agricole in the Caribbean since 1887. Distillation takes place under strictly controlled conditions in accordance with the specifications of the protected designation of origin AOC Martinique, which stands for the highest quality and authenticity.

The Canne Bleue edition is particularly characterised by its aromatic depth and varietal expressiveness. The sugar cane used is processed within a few hours of harvesting in order to preserve the freshness and natural flavours as much as possible. Fermentation and distillation then take place in modern column stills, with the rhum set at 50% vol. - ideal for intense flavours and harmonious drinking characteristics.
