This wine comes from the tradition-conscious Adam-Lieleg winery in Leutschach an der Weinstraße and impresses with its clear origin, precision and a charmingly accessible Burgundy profile.

The hand-picked grapes come from steep slopes in southern Styria, whose soils are characterised by sand, gravel and opok - a terroir that gives the wine an intense fruit typical of its origin and a fine mineral structure. The wine is matured classically in stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal purity and natural freshness of the Pinot Blanc. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., the 2024 vintage offers balanced drinking pleasure with youthful freshness and Burgundian elegance - ideal for fans of finely structured white wines from southern Styria.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the wine has a light yellow colour with slightly greenish reflections. The nose reveals fine berry and pome fruit, complemented by a subtle nutty flavour and a hint of Williams pear. On the palate, the Pinot Blanc is juicy, clear and lively, characterised by animating fruit and finely balanced terroir notes that linger into the harmonious, fresh finish.
