This exceptional Extra Old (XO) bottling was created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the brand and is a prime example of the fine art of rum refinement. The rum presents itself impressively in this large-format 1.75-litre bottle - ideal for collectors, restaurateurs or large celebrations.

Made from carefully selected Barbados rums, this edition was first matured for several years in bourbon barrels in a tropical climate before being further refined in small French oak cognac barrels in France. This elaborate, two-stage ageing process - also known as double ageing - gives the rum depth, structure and an exceptionally complex spectrum of flavours.

Colour: Deep amber with golden reflections.

Nose: Rich and elegant with vanilla, coconut, dried bananas, toasted oak and spices.

Flavour: Full-bodied with notes of toffee, candied fruit, dark chocolate, coconut and nutmeg.

Finish: Langs, soft and round with a spicy-sweet aftertaste.
