After gentle harvesting, the Moscato grapes are fermented using the Charmat method, which preserves the natural fruit flavours and fine perlage. The Martini Asti DOCG seduces with its harmonious balance of sweetness, freshness and fruit intensity. Tasting Note

In the glass, Martini Sparkling Wine Asti DOCG presents itself in a light straw yellow colour with golden reflections and a fine, long-lasting perlage. The nose reveals fresh aromas of peach and sage, accompanied by delicate notes of pear and pineapple. On the palate, it is soft, fruity and harmonious, with a gentle sweetness and lively freshness. The finish is round, light and long-lasting, characterised by fruity and floral nuances.
