Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb Tonic Water combines natural fruit flavours with high-quality quinine, making it a stylish addition to long drinks and non-alcoholic mixed drinks. Packaged in a handy 0.2 l bottle, it is ideal for single servings and delivers the highest quality every time. The recipe is based on a finely balanced blend of hand-picked raspberries from the Strathmore Valley in Scotland and delicately tart rhubarb grown on a family farm in Norfolk, England. This combination results in a tonic with a particularly fruity character – inspired by the flavours of the British summer.
This tonic deliberately uses less quinine to allow the fruity notes of raspberry and rhubarb to take centre stage. The result is a harmonious balance of sweetness and a subtle hint of bitterness – enhanced by lively carbonation and pure spring water. The ingredients are processed as quickly and gently as possible to guarantee maximum freshness and preserve the full flavour. Distillation takes place just a few kilometres from where the produce is harvested. The raspberry purée from the steam distillation process is reused in a sustainable manner – a plus point in terms of environmental awareness.
