Distilled in 2006, the rum was produced from molasses using Foursquare’s signature pot still and column still processes. It was then matured for 14 years in a former bourbon cask in Barbados, where the tropical climate fostered intense cask interaction and the concentration of flavours. The rum was subsequently finished for a further three years in Europe to develop additional complexity and depth. This single-cask edition was bottled in November 2023 at cask strength of 59% ABV, naturally coloured, non-chill-filtered and free from additives – an honest, authentic expression of Barbadian distilling craftsmanship.

The result is a rum of exceptional balance and depth, which masterfully captures the typical characteristics of the Foursquare Distillery: oak spice, vanilla, dried fruit and delicate caramel notes, combined with the elegant structure of a perfectly matured blend of tropical and continental ageing.
