The ALEXANDER Aqva Di Vita Grappa Bianca is a fine, crystal-clear grape marc spirit from north-east Italy that epitomises the pure essence of Italian distilling. It is based on healthy, fresh and vinous grape marc from the most renowned wine regions of the north-east, which is carefully stored immediately after pressing to preserve its full quality and flavour. This careful selection and processing of the raw materials is the first and decisive step in the production of a high-quality grappa.


Alexander Grappa Bianca is made from a finely balanced cuvée of the best grape varieties in northern Italy. Distillation takes place in traditional copper stills in three phases at different temperatures in order to optimally preserve the aromatic diversity. Thanks to vacuum distillation, the volatile aromas are preserved, while bain-marie heating (indirect water bath process) enables particularly gentle and controlled processing. The grappa then matures for around six months in stainless steel tanks, harmonising its flavour profile and creating an incomparable softness.


At 38% vol., this Grappa Bianca is colourless, clear and brilliant - a distillate that combines purity, balance and elegance.
