Poli Grappa Amorosa di Settembre Vespaiolo 40% vol. 1.5 l is an elegant grappa from Veneto that embodies the long-standing tradition and craftsmanship of the Poli Distillery. Since 1898, the family-run business based in Schiavon near Bassano del Grappa has been synonymous with the highest quality, passion and a spirit of innovation in the art of distillation. With the Amorosa Linie, Poli brings grappas to the market that are characterised by distinctive grape varieties and a particularly smooth texture.
The basis for this grappa is the pomace from the Vespaiolo grape, an indigenous white grape variety from Breganze, which is also known for the famous sweet wine ‘Torcolato’. Following careful fermentation, the pomace is slowly distilled in traditional copper stills, ensuring that the delicate aromas are perfectly preserved. With an alcohol content of 40 % vol., this grappa impresses with its elegance, finesse and harmonious flavour profile. It is bottled here in the imposing 1.5-litre magnum bottle – a stunning gift for connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
