Poli Bassano del Grappa Classica 40% vol. 0.5 l is a traditional grappa from Veneto that reflects the Poli family’s long tradition of distilling. Since 1898, the Poli Distillery in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, has been producing grappa using traditional methods – with passion, care and a clear commitment to the Italian distilling tradition. The Bassano del Grappa Classica pays homage to the town of Bassano, which is regarded as the historic home of grappa and has brought this fine spirit worldwide renown.


This grappa is produced from the pomace of various grape varieties from the region, which are carefully fermented and then distilled in traditional copper stills. This gentle process ensures that the aromatic qualities of the grapes are particularly well preserved. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., the Bassano del Grappa Classica is powerful, aromatic and yet smooth in character – a classic grappa that embodies the essence of the Italian art of distillation.
