The five-year-old Irish blend consists of 90 per cent single grain and 10 per cent single malt whiskey and has been triple distilled - typical of Irish distilling. Its name and design are inspired by the impressive mountain world of the Dolomites: dark shades, golden light and the interplay of stone and sun are reflected in the elegant decanter. The Muja Rosapetra blended Irish whiskey is presented without chill-filtration at a strong 44 per cent by volume. It combines notes of vanilla, caramel and dried fruit with a lively freshness from the tequila cask maturation. Spices such as pepper, bright lemon and a subtle oak spice provide balance and depth, while the sherry-inspired finish brings elegance and persistence to the glass.
