El Cabrón Spiced Rum 40% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is an exceptional Caribbean premium spiced rum that impresses with its elaborate production and eventful history. Originally created according to an old family recipe by Don Jésé Jimenez, this rum has recently been relaunched by the Jimenez family after they took over the traditional distillery and brought it back to life. El Cabrón Spiced Rum is based on the finest Caribbean sugar cane molasses and is matured in carefully selected bourbon barrels, which give it its warm, sweet and spicy depth. After ageing in barrels, the rum is refined with a finely balanced blend of natural spices, giving it its characteristic spiciness and harmonious interplay of flavours. The finish in former bourbon casks provides velvety vanilla notes, delicate wood nuances and a round, elegant finish.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber with golden reflections.

Nose: Soft vanilla, sweet caramel, cinnamon, toasted oak and fine spices.
