Badel Plavac Mali 2024 is a Croatian red wine with a strong character from the sun-drenched Dalmatian coast, one of Croatia's most traditional wine regions. The autochthonous Plavac Mali grape variety is considered the heart of Dalmatian viticulture and is known for its intense aroma, deep colour and distinctive structure. Tasting Note

In the glass, Badel Plavac Mali 2024 is a deep ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of ripe plums, dark cherries and blackberries, accompanied by subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs and a touch of vanilla. The palate is soft, round and balanced with well-integrated tannins and harmonious acidity. The finish is elegant, fruity and long-lasting with spicy notes.

Badel Plavac Mali 2024 is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat, lamb dishes, spicy stews or Dalmatian specialities such as peka and stuffed peppers. It also harmonises well with hard cheese, pasta with tomato sauce or roasted vegetables. Ideal at a drinking temperature of 16-18 °C, it develops its best characteristics in the first four to five years after the harvest.
