Rum-Bar Silver Jamaica Rum is an authentic 100 per cent pot still rum from the time-honoured Worthy Park Estate, one of Jamaica’s oldest rum distilleries. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., this Silver Rum embodies the classic Jamaican style in its purest form – robust, fruity and full of characteristic ‘Rum Funk’ aromas.


Rum-Bar Silver is produced entirely on the grounds of Worthy Park Estate, which has been based in Lluidas Vale in the heart of Jamaica since 1670. From sugar cane cultivation and molasses production right through to distillation, every step takes place on site. Distillation takes place in a traditional copper pot still from Forsyths (Scotland) – a method renowned for its intense, aromatic distillates, which define the unmistakable character of Jamaican rums.


Rum-Bar Silver is a blend of various unsweetened, unfiltered pot still rums, blended with the utmost precision and a wealth of experience. It embodies the craftsmanship of Worthy Park Rum, which is renowned worldwide for its clear, fruit-forward yet powerful rums.

Tasting Note

Colour: Crystal clear.

Nose: Fresh, fruity and expressive, with notes of banana, green apple, sugar cane, vanilla and a hint of ester-like spice.

Palate: Dry, complex and lively, with flavours of tropical fruit, citrus zest, vanilla, molasses and subtle herbal spice.

Finish: Lang, warm and aromatic with fruity and slightly spicy notes – typical of the Jamaican pot still style.
