It is made from a carefully balanced cuvée of select white wines that combine freshness, fruit and finesse in perfect harmony.

The second fermentation is carried out using the Méthode Charmat, a traditional method in which the base wine is fermented in pressurised tanks. This ensures that the natural fruit flavours are optimally preserved while the characteristic fine perlage is formed. The sparkling wine then matures on the lees for several months to develop its creamy texture and elegant structure. In the practical 3 x 0.2-litre bottle edition, Henkell Trocken offers pure sparkling wine enjoyment in a handy format - ideal for toasting in small groups or as an elegant gift.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Henkell Trocken is a bright, sparkling golden yellow with a fine, even perlage. The nose reveals fruity aromas of green apple, pear and citrus fruit, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of brioche. On the palate, the sparkling wine is dry, lively and harmonious, with a refreshing acidity and creamy mousseux. The finish is clear, delicately fruity and lingering, characterised by elegant lightness and a hint of minerality - a sparkling experience with classic elegance.
