Regele Crème de Pinot Sparkling Wine, 13% ABV, 0.75 l, is a high-quality Austrian sparkling wine classified as ‘Sekt Austria’, which impresses with its fine effervescence, elegant structure and crisp freshness. Made from 100 per cent Pinot Blanc grapes, this sparkling wine embodies the elegant side of the Burgundy family and represents a new generation of Austrian sparkling wines – precise, modern and stylish.


Vinification takes place via tank fermentation, followed by six months’ ageing on the lees, which gives the Crème de Pinot its fine effervescence and creamy texture. Its character is deliberately understated and crisp, making it a delight both as an aperitif and as a versatile accompaniment to food. The Regele Crème de Pinot is a sparkling wine that does not dominate, but rather complements – elegant, balanced and wonderfully refreshing to drink.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Regele Crème de Pinot sparkling wine displays a pale straw-yellow colour with a fine, even perlage. On the nose, it unfolds a subtle, clean bouquet with notes of citrus, apple blossom and white fruits, accompanied by a subtle spiciness and a hint of yeast-based pastries. On the palate, it is finely sparkling, fresh and well-balanced, with delicate fruit, an elegant structure and harmonious acidity. The mousse is creamy and persistent, the finish lively, clean and precise – a sparkling wine that impresses with its balance and finesse.
