Tasting Note

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby red colour with violet highlights. On the nose, aromas of ripe blackcurrants unfold, accompanied by a hint of ink and a pinch of dried blackcurrant leaves. On the palate, there is gentle body and a clear expression of the variety’s character, initially with a distinctive cassis note that gives way to subtle spice. Delicate tannins lend structure and depth, whilst the body feels perfectly integrated. The finish is clean, elegant and long-lasting, with a perfectly defined Cabernet structure.
