MICHAEL Rosé Frizzante 2024 is a modern rosé frizzante matured in steel tanks and produced as a sparkling wine with added carbon dioxide, thus pursuing a clear, fresh style. The combination of carefully selected grapes and controlled temperatures in steel tanks ensures a precise, straightforward structure. This production method preserves the freshness of the grapes, while the fine carbon dioxide pressure gives the Frizzante its light, animating character. The product is designed to have a balanced profile, focussing on a clear rosé typicity without anticipating sensory details in the long text. With its fine alcoholic structure of 11 per cent vol. and its modern orientation, the Frizzante is suitable both for private enjoyment and for upmarket serving in the catering trade.

Tasting Note

A delicate, clear rosé colour in the glass. Fruity notes of raspberries and strawberries appear on the nose. On the palate, the Frizzante is balanced with a subtle fruity sweetness and a finely balanced perlage. The finish is berry-accentuated, harmonious and long-lasting.

This rosé frizzante is an excellent accompaniment to light starters, summer salads or mild fish dishes, whose fine textures are enhanced by its fresh style.
