The wine is matured in selected wooden barrels, allowing the aromatic complexity and balance between fruity and spicy elements to develop precisely. Tasting Note

Deep ruby red in the glass with violet reflections. Notes of ripe blackberries, black cherries and plums on the nose, accompanied by fine herbal notes, vanilla and subtle roasted flavours. Soft, full-bodied and harmoniously structured on the palate, carried by ripe fruit, supple tannins and delicate spice. The finish is warm, round and long-lasting, characterised by dark fruit and a subtle hint of wood.

Malbech Gli Aceri is an excellent accompaniment to roast beef, braised lamb, game dishes, stuffed pasta, Mediterranean meat dishes and mature hard cheeses. It is also an elegant accompaniment to pizza with hearty toppings, mushroom risotto or savoury antipasti.
