The Tschermonegg Frizzante Rosé 11% vol. 0.75 litre comes from the Styrian vineyards of the Tschermonegg winery and presents itself as an elegant, light-footed interpretation of the Blauer Zweigelt grape variety. The Frizzante is made as a wine with added carbon dioxide, which makes its animating perlage and youthful freshness particularly clear. The vinification process is designed to preserve the primary fruit of the Zweigelt as unadulterated as possible, resulting in an accessible, harmonious and versatile rosé. With a screw cap, ideal drinking maturity within the next two years and a moderate alcohol content, this frizzante is ideal as an uncomplicated companion for social occasions or light meals. Its origin in the hills of southern Styria gives it a clearly contoured structure and a finely balanced style.

Tasting Note

Delicate pink colour in the glass. Aromas of raspberry and strawberry on the nose. Youthful primary fruit on the palate with a grapey, juicy fullness, a delicate yeasty touch and well-balanced acidity. The finish is finely woven, spicy and long-lasting, characterised by pear-quince fruit.

This Frizzante Rosé from Styria harmonises perfectly with Sulmtal chicken, char fillet with herb crust, wild salmon with walnut butter on basmati rice as well as light starters, Mediterranean herb dishes or summer salad variations.
