Tasting Note

Bright, clear straw yellow in the glass with green reflections. On the nose, primary aromas of pome fruit accompanied by lemon, lime and a bouquet of dried meadow herbs. Pure apple on the palate with fresh, crisp acidity and a lean structure. The finish is clearly animating and typical of the variety and origin.

The Polz Welschriesling Südsteiermark DAC 2025 is an excellent accompaniment to salads with wild herbs, fresh sheep's cheese and roasted pine nuts, as its acidity and freshness provide the perfect balance. It is also ideal with light starters, cold platters or classic Styrian snacks.
