The SLYRS Bavarian Cream Liqueur 17% vol. 0.5 l is a high-quality whisky cream liqueur from Bavaria that combines the characteristic flavours of SLYRS single malt whisky with the fine sweetness of real Alpine chocolate. Produced in the famous Slyrs distillery on Lake Schliersee, this cream liqueur is a harmonious combination of Bavarian distilling skills and creamy liqueur culture. The basis is the aromatic single malt whisky made from Bavarian barley, which is processed with selected ingredients to create a particularly velvety whisky cream liqueur.
The combination of Slyrs single malt and chocolate is considered to be particularly successful, as the bitter cocoa notes harmonise perfectly with the malty and spicy characteristics of a single malt whisky. The Slyrs Bavarian Cream Liqueur combines these two components to create a mild, full-bodied liqueur with a creamy texture and balanced sweetness. At 17% alcohol, this whisky cream liqueur is pleasantly smooth and accessible. For optimum enjoyment, the Slyrs distillery recommends serving the liqueur at around 16 to 18 °C so that the flavours of whisky and chocolate can develop particularly well. For storage, the Slyrs liqueur should always be kept upright and in a dark place.

The Slyrs Bavarian Cream Liqueur is ideal for drinking neat, ideally served slightly below room temperature at around 16 to 18 °C. This whisky cream liqueur goes particularly well with chocolate desserts, brownies, chocolate cake, chocolate mousse or tiramisu. Slyrs Cream Liqueur also harmonises very well with vanilla ice cream, nut desserts or caramel biscuits. The liqueur can also be used as an aromatic ingredient in dessert cocktails, over ice cream or in coffee specialities, where the combination of single malt whisky and creamy chocolate really comes into its own.
