The Glera grape variety, typical of Prosecco Superiore from Conegliano, provides the fruity flavour and lively structure. It is produced using the Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks. This gives this Prosecco Spumante DOCG its fine, elegant perlage and fresh fruit flavour.
