Tasting Note

The Adam-Lieleg Pinot Blanc Südsteiermark DAC 2025 is light yellow in colour with slightly green reflections in the glass. The nose reveals fine fruity aromas of berries and pomaceous fruit accompanied by delicate notes of Burgundy, some nuts and a subtle Williams pear. On the palate, the wine is fruity, aromatic and lively with a clear fruit structure and fine terroir notes. The finish is fresh, balanced and long-lasting.

The Pinot Blanc from Southern Styria is an excellent accompaniment to the classic Styrian Brettljause, fried chicken, poultry dishes, pork or braised meat.
