BOOMSMA Claerkampster Cloosterlikeur is produced through the gentle maceration of selected herbs and plants in alcohol. During this maturation phase, which lasts several weeks, the botanicals release their aromas into the alcohol, thereby developing the characteristic flavour of this Dutch herbal liqueur. After the resting period, the liqueur is carefully filtered and bottled. The result is an aromatically complex herbal liqueur that impresses with its harmonious blend of herbal spice, subtle sweetness and balanced spicy notes.
