It is produced using traditional methods with high-quality barley malt and distillation in pot stills, resulting in an aromatically dense raw spirit. The subsequent maturation in special shochu casks ensures an exciting combination of malty depth, fine fruity notes and subtle influences from the pre-fermentation. This St. Kilian whisky is bottled at a strong 55.5% cask strength, which retains its full intensity and complexity.
