For the Sherry Cask Reserve, Bushmills relies on its signature triple distillation and intensive cask maturation, in which first-fill Oloroso sherry butts play a central role. Colour: Dark amber.

Nose: Dried fruit, raisins, honey, vanilla, nuts and spicy sherry notes.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth with dark fruits, dried fruits, honey, nuts, vanilla and subtle oak spice.

Finish: Long-lasting, smooth and fruity with spicy sherry and oak notes.

The Bushmills SHERRY CASK Reserve is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat at room temperature or with a few drops of still water. Culinary pairings: this sherry-influenced Irish single malt whisky pairs well with mature hard cheeses, roasted walnuts, dried fruit, fruit cake or dark chocolate.
