The 2006 vintage was distilled exclusively from the grapes of that harvest and subsequently matured for many years in French oak casks, allowing its exceptional complexity and elegance to develop.

Distillation is carried out traditionally in Charentais copper pot stills, which ensures that the delicate fruit aromas and the wine’s distinctive character are perfectly preserved.
