Per SE Aperitivo is a modern Portuguese aperitif with an alcohol content of 14.5 per cent, available in a 0.7-litre bottle, which is presented in this set in a gift box together with a matching Per SE glass. At the heart of the recipe are a total of 24 botanicals, which are both distilled and macerated and together define the aperitif’s distinctive style. The key ingredients include, amongst others, orange peel, cardamom, Jamaican pepper and Portuguese hops. The vibrant orange colour and Mediterranean character are deliberately inspired by the sunsets of southern Europe. According to the manufacturer, the recipe consists of water, alcohol and the 24 botanicals.

PER SE Aperitivo is produced in Portugal by Destilatum – Destilaria Portuguesa, S.A. in Condeixa-a-Nova. The combination of various botanicals creates a complex yet approachable aperitif, blending citrus freshness, herbs and a subtle bitterness.
