Dictador GAME CHANGER VIOLET Colombian Rum is an exceptional limited edition from Colombia, where traditional rum-making meets modern art and bottle design. This bottling is produced by Dictador in Cartagena de Indias. For the Game Changer Collection, Dictador collaborated with the internationally renowned French artist and sculptor Richard Orlinski, who gave the series its striking visual character. Particularly eye-catching is the intensely violet bottle, which makes the rum a decorative collector’s item. The Game Changer series thus deliberately adopts an art-driven approach, combining Colombian rum with contemporary art. Dictador itself markets the Violet as a collector’s item and limited edition.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm amber.

Nose: Intense and complex with notes of maple syrup, caramel and sweet coffee sweets, complemented by orange peel, orange and cloves.

Palate: Balanced and fresh, with caramel, toasted nuts and honey, accompanied by dried citrus fruits and subtle spice.

Finish: Long-lasting and pleasant with lingering sweetness, caramel and aromatic fruit and spice notes.

The Dictador GAME CHANGER VIOLET is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat at room temperature or over a large ice cube. It pairs well with dark chocolate, caramelised nuts, desserts featuring coffee or orange, and mature cheeses, which complement the rum’s sweet and spicy notes.
