Aperol Aperitivo 11% vol. 1 litre is the epitome of Italian aperitif culture and stands for lightness, joie de vivre and convivial get-togethers. Since its invention in Padua in 1919, Aperol has established itself worldwide as the most popular aperitif - especially through its central role in the famous Aperol Spritz. Its iconic orange colour, pleasant bitterness and fruity taste make it unmistakable.
Aperol's recipe has remained virtually unchanged for over 100 years and combines finely balanced ingredients such as bitter and sweet oranges, rhubarb, cinchona bark, gentian and selected herbs and roots. The low alcohol content of just 11% by volume makes for a light drink that is ideal for the early evening or as a stylish aperitif.
In the practical 1-litre bottle, this aperitif is perfect for drinking at home or in smaller groups. It is easy to measure out and can be combined in a variety of ways - whether classically or creatively mixed.

The Aperol Aperitivo is ideal for the classic Aperol Spritz - mixed with Prosecco, soda, ice cubes and a slice of orange. It goes perfectly with Mediterranean snacks such as olives, sun-dried tomatoes or crostini with goat's cheese. Aperol also unfolds its full flavour with light fish dishes, grilled vegetables or a fresh couscous salad with a citrus note. It can also be used creatively in summer cocktails and punch bowls - for example in Aperol Tonic, Aperol Sour or with fresh berries and mint as a tangy summer creation.
