Only freshly harvested red Swiss stone pine cones are used for this schnapps; these are harvested in June, carefully crushed and then infused with grain spirit, apple distillate and Swiss stone pine spirit. After several weeks of maturation, the typical resinous, spicy and woody aromas of the Swiss stone pine unfold naturally – entirely without any artificial additives.
