G'Vine Gin de France FLORAISON 40% ABV 0.7 l is a unique gin produced exclusively from Ugni Blanc grapes – a grape variety best known for its use in cognac production. During the ‘Floraison’, the grape’s flowering period, which lasts for just a few days in mid-June, the blossoms are carefully hand-picked. These blossoms lend the gin its intense floral aroma and make it a true meisterwerk of the art of gin-making.

The flavour profile of G'Vine Gin is complemented by a balanced blend of botanicals such as nutmeg, cubeb pepper, ginger root, liquorice, juniper berries, limes, coriander, green cardamom and cassia bark. The alcohol content of 40% vol. ensures the perfect balance between freshness and depth.

Tasting Note

Colour: Crystal clear.

Nose: Intense floral aromas of the Ugni Blanc grape, accompanied by citrus notes of lime, and a hint of nutmeg, ginger and cubeb pepper.

Palate: Soft and complex, with a floral, fresh profile dominated by vine blossom, harmonising with spicy notes of coriander, green cardamom and subtle hints of cinnamon and liquorice.

Finish: Long and delicate, with a subtle herbal and floral note that lingers gently on the palate.
