Malt Master Dr Craig Wilson was personally responsible for this whisky. With a great deal of passion and craftsmanship, he spent hours hand-picking whiskies from three different types of cask - refill casks, Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks and first-fill ex-bourbon casks - and matching them perfectly. The result is a wonderfully balanced whisky with a soft texture, warm sweetness and subtle spicy notes - an effortlessly delightful dram that perfectly embodies The Singleton's philosophy: uncomplicated, balanced and naturally elegant.


With an alcohol content of 40% vol., the Malt Master's Selection has a mild, creamy structure that can be enjoyed neat or in a cocktail.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm honey gold with fine copper reflections.

Nose: Gentle and aromatic with notes of apple, pear, toffee, vanilla, honey and lightly roasted nuts.

Taste: Soft, sweet and round with creamy flavours of caramel, malt, dried fruit and delicate sherry notes; fine wood and spice nuances provide depth.

Finish: Mild, harmonious and warming with a hint of vanilla, honey and gentle oak spice.
