On the palate, the aperitif is refreshing, with a clear, balanced bitterness accompanied by a light sweetness and floral notes. The finish is long and pleasant, with a finely integrated herbal note that rounds off the flavour experience.

Cocchi Aperitivo Americano is ideal as an aperitif and goes perfectly with light antipasti such as olives, bruschetta or grilled vegetables.
