For centuries, Poitín was distilled in small copper stills in Ireland, often in secret and only for personal consumption. Two Trees Poitín is distilled from 100% Irish grain and produced using the copper pot still method - a production process that gives it its characteristic mildness and depth. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, it offers an expressive yet balanced flavour profile. The spirit has fresh cereal notes, a light sweetness, a hint of vanilla and a warm, spicy finish.
