Henkell Alkoholfrei 0.75 l is the elegant, alcohol-free alternative to classic sparkling wine - stylish, fine-sparkling and with the typical Henkell flavour. Produced by the renowned traditional house Henkell Freixenet, this sparkling pleasure combines quality, freshness and lightness in perfect harmony. The basis is a cuvée of selected white wines, which is first vinified like classic sparkling wine. A particularly gentle dealcoholisation process removes the alcohol without losing the fine fruit aromas and elegant structure.
The result is a fine-sparkling, alcohol-free sparkling wine that delights with its clear fruit, fresh acidity and gentle sweetness. Whether as a stylish alternative for festive occasions, as an accompaniment to light dishes or simply to savour - Henkell Alcohol-Free offers sparkling enjoyment for all those who do without alcohol, but not without taste.
Tasting Note
In the glass, Henkell Alkoholfrei is a light golden yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals fresh aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruit, accompanied by a delicate floral note. On the palate, it is fruity, harmonious and lively, with finely balanced acidity and a pleasantly mild sweetness. The finish is refreshing, elegant and balanced, carried by juicy fruit and a fine effervescence - a non-alcoholic sparkling wine with style and character.
Henkell Alkoholfrei is an ideal accompaniment to light starters, salads, fish, white meat dishes and fruity desserts. It is also perfect as an aperitif or for a toast on special occasions. It develops its fine perlage and fresh fruit best when served at 5-7 °C. It should be drunk within 1-2 years of bottling to preserve its full flavour and liveliness.
