The Henkell Alcohol-free 0.2 litre is the handy, elegant mini version of the popular alcohol-free classic from Henkell Freixenet. It combines sparkling freshness, fine-sparkling elegance and the unmistakable Henkell style - without any alcohol. Made from a cuvée of selected white wines, it is first vinified like a classic sparkling wine. The alcohol is then removed in a particularly gentle vacuum process, which ensures that the fine fruit flavours and elegant structure are fully preserved.
The result is a tangy, alcohol-free sparkling wine that conveys joie de vivre and style in a light way. Ideal for anyone who wants to avoid alcohol but still wants to experience the full pleasure of sparkling wine - whether on the go, at festive occasions or as a stylish aperitif.
Tasting Note
In the glass, the Henkell Alkoholfrei is a light golden yellow colour with a fine, lively perlage. The nose reveals aromas of green apple, pear and citrus fruit, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a hint of honeydew melon. On the palate, the sparkling wine is fresh, harmonious and finely balanced, with lively acidity and a pleasantly mild sweetness. The finish is round, elegant and balanced, characterised by fruity freshness and delicate perlage - a stylish, alcohol-free moment of pleasure in a practical form.
The Henkell Alkoholfrei 0.2 litre is versatile and ideal as an aperitif, with light starters, summer salads, fish or light meat dishes. It also harmonises wonderfully with fruity desserts and strawberry tarts. Served at a temperature of 5-7 °C, it develops its freshness and lively perlage to optimum effect.
