Tasting Note

Bright cherry red in the glass with a brilliant rosé-coloured shimmer. Intense aromas of candied strawberries, ripe heart cherries, a hint of pepper and fine botrytis on the nose. Richly sweet and surprisingly fresh on the palate with notes of red currants, stewed sour cherries, strawberry jam and a pronounced red wine character. The finish is elegantly long-lasting and is harmoniously rounded off with fine rum pot notes.

The Kracher Beerenauslese Zweigelt 2022 is an excellent accompaniment to fruity desserts such as strawberry tart, berry parfait or chocolate desserts with red fruit.
