Collection: PUNI Whisky

PUNI has won several international awards, including the "World's Best Design" award at the 2016 World Whiskies Awards. The whiskies are highly regarded by connoisseurs worldwide.

The striking bottles were designed by the Italian designer Christian Zanzotti and embody modern Italian design. The distillery itself is an architectural highlight – a 13-metre-high cube with a chequerboard pattern, designed by the architect Werner Tscholl.

PUNI uses traditional copper pot stills from Scotland and distils using superheated water rather than steam to ensure precise temperature control. The whisky is matured in a variety of casks, including ex-bourbon, sherry, Marsala and wine casks, resulting in a rich and varied flavour profile.

PUNI is committed to sustainability through the use of local grain varieties and pure spring water. The distillery employs environmentally friendly production methods and avoids the use of artificial additives.

The distillery is located in Vinschgau, a region with an ideal climate for whisky maturation. The temperature fluctuations between hot summers and cold winters accelerate the maturation process and produce complex flavours.

• Puni GOLD The Italian Malt Whisky 43% ABV 0.7l in a gift box: Matured in ex-bourbon casks, it offers aromas of vanilla, mango and pepper.
• Puni SOLE The Italian Malt Whisky 46% ABV 0.7l in gift box: Matured for two years in bourbon casks and two years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, with notes of honey, oak and blood orange.
• PUNI Vina: Matured in Marsala Vergine casks, it offers aromas of sultanas, cinnamon and walnuts.
• PUNI Alba: Matured in Marsala and Islay casks, combining sweet and smoky notes.
• PUNI Arte: Limited editions with unique cask combinations and flavour profiles.
