Lustau PAPIRUSA Manzanilla is an excellent sherry that is known for its freshness and finesse. "Papirusa", which means "elegant and beautiful", was the name of a doll that Lustau Emilio gave to the daughter of Joaquín Burgos, the first manager of Bodegas Lustau, in the 1940s. This name reflects the elegance and fine character of the sherry. Tasting Note

Lustau PAPIRUSA Manzanilla has a light, golden colour in the glass, reflecting the freshness and elegance of the wine. On the nose, it has a lively bouquet of green apples, citrus fruits and a subtle salty note, which is typical of Manzanilla. On the palate, the wine is dry, with a crisp acidity and a wonderfully balanced freshness. Aromas of almonds, dried herbs and a fine yeast note round off the flavour profile. The finish is long and elegant, with a subtle minerality and a salty aftertaste typical of ageing under flor.
