Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Vanilla, caramel, honey, fresh citrus fruit, gentle oak spice.
Flavour: Light and sweet, creamy vanilla, toffee, apple, pear, gentle spicy notes from the virgin oak maturation.
Finish: Medium length, soft, sweet and spicy, with lingering notes of vanilla and oak.
The Tomatin Legacy is perfect for pure enjoyment to experience its fine, sweet-spicy balance. It can also be used as a base for classic whisky cocktails such as a whisky sour or a highball, as its smooth notes harmonise wonderfully with fresh ingredients.
