Tasting Note

Colour: Deep golden amber.

Nose: Fine notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, sweet caramel and roasted nuts, complemented by a hint of smoke.

Flavour: Full-bodied and complex with a harmonious interplay of honey, sultanas, nutmeg, cinnamon and light peat and oak notes.

Finish: Langs and warm with a lingering smoky note and subtle sweetness.

If you want to enjoy it a little milder, you can add a few drops of still water to further develop the subtle nuances.
