The cult drink "Kleiner Feigling", produced in Germany, has been shaking up the party scene since 1992.
The name says it all.
Kleiner Feigling is a combination of high-quality vodka and the finest fig.
The younger generation in particular likes to associate the spirit with drinking rituals and party games.
Drinking ritual:
The unopened bottle is tapped in a certain rhythm with the cap on a table or on the tapping board provided for this purpose. The cap is then twisted open, the lid is pressed onto the nose and the bottle is clamped with the opening between the teeth.
The head is then tilted back and the entire contents are poured into the mouth.
Tasting Note
Colour: Clear.
Nose: Tart and sweet.
Flavour: Subtle, pure, with a hint of cereal.
Finish: Langs on the palate.
Due to its smoothness, the drink is almost invariably drunk neat. When chilled, it is less sweet and even more refreshing.
