Balvenie 14 Years Old Caribbean Cask Finish is a characterful Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 43 per cent in a 0.7-litre bottle and presented in a high-quality gift box. After 14 years of maturation in traditional oak casks, this single malt receives a special finish in ex-Caribbean rum casks, giving it its distinctive character. The idea for this extraordinary cask combination came from long-standing Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE, who had selected Caribbean rums filled into American oak casks to prepare them for the subsequent finish. This innovative maturation method blends Balvenie’s classic, honey-tinged style with the warm influences of the rum casks to create a harmonious and exceptional composition.
