Tasting Note

Colour: Golden amber.

Nose: Complex and expressive with aromas of dried fruit, dark caramel, roasted nuts and fine vanilla. A gentle sherry sweetness combines harmoniously with spicy oak notes.

Flavour: Soft, round and intense with a perfect balance of sweet honey, ripe apples, dark chocolate and light spicy notes. The sherry cask ageing provides a pleasant depth and subtle smoky notes.

Finish: Long-lasting, elegant and slightly dry with notes of toasted wood, dried fruit and a hint of spice.
