Tasting Note

Colour: Crystal clear with light reflections.

Nose: Intense aniseed notes accompanied by a light sweetness and a hint of herbs, complemented by a subtle vanilla and citrus note.

Flavour: Soft and harmonious with a dominant aniseed spice, supported by a fine herbal sweetness and a pleasant spiciness from other ingredients such as cinnamon and coriander.

Finish: Langs, with a soft, sweet aniseed note that unfolds gently in the mouth.

Ramazzotti Sambuca is ideal for drinking straight, either at room temperature or slightly chilled. It unfolds its flavours in a particularly refreshing way over ice. For the classic "Sambuca con la Mosca", serve it with three coffee beans as a garnish.

In cocktails, it can be used as an excellent ingredient in after-dinner drinks, for example in a Sambuca Martini or a Sambuca Sour, giving the drink a sweet, spicy flavour.
